Yarn production

VÚB a.s. Ústí nad Orlicí is noted in the textile world as a company with longtime experience and tradition in the field of research, especially OE rotor spinning technology. Yarn production still represents one of the commercial activities of the company. Present production focused on special yarns (about 2 – 3 tons/month) is considerably lower than in the past years but a wide range of special OE rotor yarns first of all for „technical“ applications can be offered.

We are able to arrange twisting.

• OE rotor spun yarns
• yarns for special and technical applications (FR, antistatic, antimicrobial)

Manufacture of these yarns is based on the original know-how of VÚB.

In case of requests for finished fabrics made from our yarns - we are able to arrange such deliveries in the framework of cooperation based on our close contacts with other textile companies.

Our credo is to offer top quality, to ensure individual more than only standard contacts and relations to the customers and to provide them complex services.

single, OE rotor yarn with true twist

Yarn package:
diameter of package on the cylindrical bobbin : 170 - 250 mm package width: 150 mm tube dimension: O 70 x 170 mm

Packing:
cartons - the yarn can be delivered on paper tubes; each package is in plastic sack, 12 packages per 1 carton, about 33 kg weight of whole carton
wooden pallets - the packages are in layers interleaved with carton plates, strengthened by shrink-wrap
