Machinery Division – Basic Information

With regard to available technology and manufacturing capacities of the division together with long-time experience of the specialists in the field of the design and manufacture of machines and mechanical engineering the customers can be offered:

• design, manufacture, and installation of special and/or single purpose machines and devices for new production technologies
• improvement of technical level and serviceability of older and/or obsolete machines and devices, their renovation and/or modernization
• manufacture of scarcity spare parts for machines and devices including the renovation of older parts according to customers requirements
• bespoke production of pressing tools, bending, cutting, handling and other mechanisms

Design and manufacture of various types of fabric winders, especially large-scale winders and special winding and unwinding devices for flat textile and non-textile products can be of special interest for application in high-volume textile production.

Machinery Division provides the complex services, i.e.:

• assistance at task definition
• preparation and elaboration of the technical documentation
• manufacture, assembly and activation of the devices
• technical service after setting into operation
• subsequent improvement and increasing of serviceability of products in accordance with customers requirements
